The above shown combo is a 4D flight combo - which includes a 1050KV 25 Amp Outrunner Motor & Variable Pitch Prop System.  The selected motor is a high performance motor in terms of torque -vs- weight and also very efficient by using high temperature, high grade magnets.

This motor comes with a hollow shaft and can be used as a standard outrunner motor with a prop adapter. The combo is setup with a variable pitch prop system for 4D flight.
This combo package includes the following:
(1)  Brushless Outrunner Motor
(1)  4mm collet type prop adapter
(1)  Aluminum X-mount firewall motor mount
(1)  variable pitch prop system
When assembling the variable pitch prop, please use loctite on all screws to prevent them from backing out during flight, as this could be very dangerous.
Thrust Tests: (using a 11.1vdc 3 cell li-poly battery)

The following is a illustration of the assembly of the prop system.  Please remember to use loctite or CA on all screws during final assembly.
